The diameter of the smooth section is chosen to be less than the diameter of the thread of the threaded section, and the diameter of the base is equal to the diameter of the stop pad. At the same time, the length of the screw base is equal to the depth of the muscle mass of the surgical wound, and the length of the smooth section is equal to the thickness (length) of the beak tip.
