Instrument for surgical treatment of the spine. It is used for the insertion of interbody cages.
It is made of corrosion resistant stainless steel. Total length - 95 mm.
Body diameter - 3.5 mm with hexagonal end S=4 mm. On the side of the end part there is a 10 mm long M3 thread for connecting the blocker.
The length of the working threaded part is 12 mm, diameter 4 mm. Thread profile is special, tapered downward.
Thread pitch - P=1,75 mm. At the end of the working part there is a 6 mm thrust ring.
The point of the working part is self-drilling and self-tapping and has two tap sharpenings. The outer diameter of the blocker is 8 mm with an inner hole M3.
The end part is spherical R4 mm for blocker centring. The inner hole of the lock is through-hole and communicates with two cross-shaped end holes.
