The MILTA-F-5 is a compact, portable magneto-laser physiotherapy device developed and manufactured by NPO KP (CJSC «NPO KP»), a Russian specialist in medical laser equipment operating under the established Milta brand. The device delivers therapeutic benefit through four combined physical factors applied simultaneously through a single handheld terminal: pulsed near-infrared laser radiation, infrared LED radiation, red LED radiation, and a constant magnetic field.
Weighing no more than 1 kg in full kit and drawing just 5 VA from a standard 220 V supply, the MILTA-F-5 is equally suited to clinical departments and home physiotherapy. The terminal generates a magnetic induction of 20–80 mT at the aperture plane across an effective treatment area of 3.8 cm².
Pulse repetition frequency is selectable at 0, 5, 50, 150, 600, or 1500 Hz, while IR LED output power at the terminal is switchable between 5, 50, and 100 mW (±10%), giving practitioners precise dosimetric control. The integrated timer is adjustable from 1 to 9 minutes in 1-minute increments.
Terminal dimensions are 105 × 60 × 65 mm with a compact network adapter of 65 × 50 × 30 mm. The MILTA-F-5 series is approved for general physiotherapy use and is supplied to medical facilities, rehabilitation centres, sports medicine clinics, and patients for supervised home treatment.
