The IU-1500 is a high-capacity industrial incinerator manufactured by Bonkraft®, a Russian Factory of Non-Standard Equipment headquartered in Izhevsk with over ten years in the waste-disposal equipment market. The unit is designed for vertical batch loading of up to 1,500 kg of waste per cycle and achieves a sustained throughput of up to 300 kg per hour.
Its primary combustion chamber — lined with either refractory brick (3.88 m³) or cast refractory concrete (4.22 m³) — operates at 760–900 °C, while a separate afterburner chamber of 2.5 m³ ensures that flue gases are fully oxidised before discharge, producing clean, colourless exhaust. Three Lamborghini or Ecoflam burners (two in the primary chamber, one in the afterburner) run on diesel or natural gas.
The steel casing is 5 mm thick, and lid opening is powered by an electric winch controlled from a stationary panel. The overall footprint measures 5,660 × 2,826 × 4,560 mm with a working weight of 6,400 kg (brick lining).
The IU-1500 holds all Russian certifications required for waste-disposal equipment, including a positive conclusion from the State Ecological Expert Assessment, confirming compliance with current environmental standards. Optional upgrades include a PLC controller, external fuel tank, flue-gas treatment systems (dry, wet, or combined), heat-recovery modules, and mobile mounting on a KAMAZ or Ural chassis.
The unit carries a one-year manufacturer warranty and is supported by Bonkraft's nationwide commissioning and after-sales service network.
