Cross-border payments to Russia are the hardest part of any deal in 2026. Tonzar offers four channels — pick the one that fits your bank, country and deal size.

• Payment agent in a friendly jurisdiction (UAE / Türkiye / Kazakhstan / Hong Kong) — buyer pays the agent, Tonzar releases funds to the supplier after delivery is confirmed
• Russian Export Centre (REC) instruments: EXIAR insurance for export contracts, letters of credit, trade finance — government-backed and proven
• Documentary letter of credit (LC) through a partner bank — classic comex tool with full document control

• Pre-shipment inspection by SGS or Intertek — both operate in Russia
• Tonzar inspector network — our own people on the ground for top deals
• Samples on request — we negotiate the conditions with the supplier (price, courier, lead time) so you can test the product before the main order
• Photo / video reports of production, packaging and loading
• On request — we organise your visit to the factory: invitation letter, transfers, translator, schedule with the supplier
