The complex is hardware-software and includes the stand "Optomechanical visualisation of signal coding" (OVKS), the stand "Narrowly directed low-energy communication channels" (DNLCC), and additionally can be equipped with a modern 3D printer. Each stand is equipped with a user terminal for control with pre-installed software.
The complex is equipped with sets of methods for building educational programmes of different duration and methods for engineering hackathons and competitions.
