The Desna 1300K (designation ASF-K-2-07-1) is a compact, wheel-mounted asphalt paver built for urban road construction and repair work where maneuverability in confined spaces is essential. It is produced by DST Desna, the road-construction machinery arm of GKMP Group — Russia's sole serial manufacturer of both wheeled and tracked asphalt pavers.
Powered by the Minsk Motor Plant D-243 water-cooled diesel at 81 hp (60 kW), the machine features an 8-tonne receiving hopper and twin Ø380 mm reversible augers sustaining a theoretical throughput of 300 t/h. Paving width adjusts continuously from 2.0 m to 4.5 m via hydraulic extensions; layer thickness ranges from 30 to 250 mm.
A MOBA automatic levelling and profiling system maintains surface accuracy at working speeds up to 20 m/min, while gas-fired screed heating with ionisation flame control and automatic temperature regulation ensures reliable pre-compaction in any weather. The hydraulic power-steering system and swing-out adjustable operator station with colour-backlit control panel displaying engine temperature, RPM, and fuel level give the driver clear visibility over both the hopper and the screed edge.
At roughly 13.6 tonnes and a 2.3 m transport width, the 1300K excels on inner-city streets, parking areas, utility corridors, and patch-repair contracts where larger machines cannot operate.
