Water treatment unit MF-140 (hereinafter referred to as the unit) is designed to purify water from wells, wells and open ponds from suspended solids, colloids, disinfection from bacteria and viruses, purification from iron compounds, manganese, copper, sulfur, phosphorus, organic substances, removal of dissolved salts, including hardness salts. The unit can be used to supply water to residential buildings with simultaneous residence of up to 16 people at a consumption rate of 200 litres/person per day.
If water is consumed only for drinking and cooking purposes, the unit can be used to supply water to up to 600 people.
The equipment is mounted on a frame made of anodised aluminium machine profile. Pipelines of the water treatment unit are made of polypropylene pipes, electrical connections are made of polyamide corrugated pipe. The high-pressure pump is mounted on vibration supports.
Water purification technology. The initial water is sucked by a high-pressure pump and fed into the pre-filter housing, where it is purified from mechanical impurities and dissolved organic matter (optional, depending on the type of cartridges used). The water then enters an ultraviolet steriliser where the microorganisms that have passed through the filters are destroyed. The water sterilised in this way enters the nanofiltration membrane housing, where it is separated into a desalinated permeate and a salt-enriched concentrate. The concentrate is discharged into the sewer.
Until the nanofiltration membrane reaches the operating mode in terms of salt content, the permeate discharged from the nanofiltration membrane is discharged into the sewer with a three-way valve.
The sodium hypochlorite feed pump sucks the sodium hypochlorite solution from the tank and periodically feeds it into the treated water.
The purified water flows into a storage tank (not included)..
