The KVKs2325 from Russian manufacturer KRAZMASH is a water-heating boiler built around fluidized-bed (boiling layer) coal combustion — a technology chosen where solid fuel is the economical option but operators still want efficient, stable combustion. The boiler is intended for heating social, cultural, household and other buildings served by water heating systems with forced circulation of the heat carrier.
Its defining practical advantage is automation of the dirtiest parts of coal heating: the unit is equipped with a mechanized automatic coal feeding and ash removal system, and its coal bunker holds enough fuel for eight hours of continuous operation, so a stoker does not need to stand by the furnace through a shift. That combination targets municipal boiler houses, schools, administrative buildings and industrial sites in regions where coal remains the dominant heating fuel and labour for manual stoking is scarce.
The boiler is supplied as a single unit from about 15,000 USD, a procurement format typical for municipal heating upgrades and contractor-led boiler house modernisation projects.
