The ISTRATECH НС-FS is a factory-assembled fire suppression pump station designed for automatic sprinkler, deluge, and internal hydrant firefighting systems. At the heart of each unit are ISTRATECH's own vertical multistage centrifugal pumps (ВМ series) or horizontal single-stage pumps (KMG series) connected in parallel on a rigid common frame, fully piped and ready for site connection.
The integrated fire pump control panel (ППУ) is built and tested in-house by ISTRATECH and meets Russian standards SP 485 and SP 10. Flow rates extend to 850 m³/h against heads up to 149 m, with a standard maximum operating pressure of 16 bar — expandable to 25 bar on request.
Media temperature range is +5 to +60 °C. The station ships with a complete documentation package including BIM models and compliance certificates, ensuring acceptance by fire safety authorities without rework.
Two baseline configurations are available — one optimised for automatic fire suppression systems, another for internal hydrant networks — alongside fully bespoke variants engineered to individual project specifications. The ППУ integrates control of a jockey pump, drainage pumps, and up to six motorised valves, eliminating the need for additional control hardware.
A remote start device is included as standard, with an optional remote dispatcher panel for real-time monitoring. ISTRATECH manufactures every pump and control panel entirely in-house at its facility near Moscow, supporting fast service response across Russia.
