VD AK-221 is a washable water-based interior paint formulated on acrylic polymers for mineral surfaces — plaster, concrete, brick and gypsum board. The paint covers at 120–200 g/m² per coat, dries in one hour at +20 °C and 65 percent humidity, and is applied at film thicknesses up to 1 mm.
Supplied in white, it can be tinted to the customer's color, letting distributors offer a full palette from a single stock base. Washable acrylic interiors are the volume workhorse of the decorating trade: schools, hospitals, offices and housing all specify scrubbable walls that survive repeated cleaning without chalking.
At three dollars per unit with a 1000-piece minimum order, the product is structured for building-materials wholesalers, paint retailers and contractors buying by the pallet for large interior programs. Fast drying allows two coats in a working day, compressing renovation schedules — a selling point professional decorators value as much as the price.
