Description

Vacuum water ring pumps type BBN1-3 and electric pump units based on them are designed for suction of air or non-aggressive gases and vapour-gas mixtures pre-cleaned from the bulk of dripping moisture and can operate on air and water or non-aggressive gases, vapours and liquids. The pumps do not require purification of the incoming gas and also allow liquids to enter the machine together with the sucked gas.
The pumps are designed for application in chemical, food, pulp and paper, oil, gas and other branches of national economy.
The BBH vacuum water ring pump is a simple-acting machine with side suction and axial discharge. The principle of operation is based on mechanical suction and ejection of gas due to the change in the volume of the working cavity.
The pump consists of the following main parts: cover, casing, disc, bracket, shaft.
The casing is a cast iron casting which has suction and discharge cavities.
