The August 23BS-CHLMZ-310 is a 12 V supplementary cabin heater designed for commercial vehicles, buses, and special machinery operating in cold climates. Drawing around 120 W of electrical power for its fan, it circulates up to 500 m3/h of air through a liquid-fed heat exchanger rated for a heat output in the region of 8,000 W, rapidly warming cabs and de-icing glass where the standard heater alone cannot cope.
Noise is held to a maximum of about 69 dB, keeping the unit acceptable for driver workplaces over long shifts. The heater suits OEM upfitters, bus builders, and aftermarket distributors serving northern and high-altitude markets.
