The Float Stream 704 is a 7-meter universal low-cut soybean and grain header manufactured by JSC Klever, a company within the Rostselmash industrial group with over 100 authorized dealer partners across Russia and the CIS. Designed for the demanding requirements of soybean, legume, grain, and flax harvesting, the header operates in two distinct modes: a floating knife mode for soybean and low-pod crops, where the cutting apparatus cuts at just 30 mm above ground level, and a rigid knife mode for grain crops with adjustable cutting height from 40 to 140 mm.
The Float Stream 704's floating knife system uses spring-loaded levers that allow the cutting apparatus to follow field relief up to 100 mm in both longitudinal and transverse directions simultaneously — making it especially effective on uneven terrain and for harvesting crops with low first-pod positions. A belt circuit with oscillating drive shaft reduces mechanical loads on the knife drive gearbox, while a planetary gearbox ensures reliable cutting even in wet conditions.
Individual knife segments can be replaced in the field without dismounting the entire cutting bar. The header integrates seamlessly with Rostselmash RSM-series combines including the RSM-161, with an optional SCFP field terrain copying system that automatically controls feeder house hydraulics via onboard sensors, and a synchro-drive function that matches reel speed to combine travel speed.
The Float Stream series holds EAEU Certification No. KG417_052.RU.02.09005.
