The Plaster-100-Med TeKo is a universal low-temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer manufactured by MED TEKO LLC, a Russian developer and producer of medical sterilization equipment. Designed for healthcare facilities requiring safe, rapid instrument turnover, the unit sterilizes a wide range of medical devices in a dry atmosphere at a maximum chamber temperature of 50°C, using the company's own ST-60-Med TeKo 60% hydrogen peroxide solution as the sterilizing agent.
With a usable chamber volume of 100 liters and three selectable sterilization modes — Mode 1 (31–48 min), Mode 2 (45–68 min), and a Combined mode (48–75 min) — the Plaster-100 accommodates everything from simple metal, plastic, and glass instruments to heat-sensitive and corrosion-prone items, as well as endoscopes with channels as narrow as 1 mm and up to 3,000 mm long.
The sterilizer draws 3,000 VA at 220 V/50 Hz, weighs 300 kg, and measures 975×730×1,605 mm. Standard equipment includes two full-size baskets, a 7-inch color touchscreen, a built-in thermal printer for cycle documentation, an in-chamber vapor concentration sensor for continuous sterility assurance, automatic disposal of expired sterilizing agent, and a remote monitoring system for off-site diagnostics.
