Universal ignition-signalling device is designed for ignition of oil and gas burners of boilers of any capacity, working both under supercharged and under vacuum and with balanced draught. It is characterised by a more powerful and stable flame, reliable ignition at various gas pressure, vacuum and blowdown conditions in the furnace. The presence of ejectors on the igniter end section allows to avoid flame slippage and combustion inside the igniter, dependence of parameters in the boiler furnace on the combustion process and ignition of the igniter. Without air supply the igniter is operable at back pressure in the furnace up to +300 Pa. The presence of the flame path increases the active part of the flame and makes it more resistant to tearing off. Many elements of the igniter are made of heat-resistant stainless steel, which gives stability and reliability in the igniter operation.
The design allows inspection, cleaning and repair of the internal part without dismantling the igniter by unscrewing the fixing nut.
