The ZMP-PS Universal Grain Processing Complex is a self-propelled machine engineered for post-harvest grain handling operations on farms and storage facilities. Produced by LLC Zavod Avtotekhnologiy, a Russian agricultural machinery manufacturer established in 2004, the complex integrates the company's own proprietary engineering solutions with advanced materials to deliver reliable field-level grain processing.
At the heart of the ZMP-PS is a self-propelled chassis paired with a scraper-type loading conveyor, a discharge auger with a loading height of 6 metres, and an optional seed dressing attachment. During grain loading, material travels through the scraper conveyor into a treatment chamber fitted with a screw auger for thorough mixing; the discharge auger then transfers treated grain directly into trucks, trailers, or bulk bags.
A 120-litre plastic tank supplies treatment suspension to Belamos XP05 pump, which forces liquid through Belamos spray nozzles for even coverage. The modernised trimmer features externally mounted bearing units, making in-field adjustment, replacement, and routine servicing straightforward without specialised tooling.
This design philosophy — combining practical serviceability with production-proven components — makes the ZMP-PS a dependable choice for mid- to large-scale grain operations.
