Unified design of the remote control consists of assembly units, including: housing, covers, chassis for placement of control elements, indication, output connectors. The two sides of the housing have shock absorbers and a handle for carrying the remote control. On the chassis, inside the case, electronic modules, power supply modules and power elements are placed. Designs of cases and covers of remote controls of 6 standard sizes have been developed: 124, 134, 164, 165, 194 and 292 mm.
Development of remote control panels based on unified designs:
1. Dramatically reduces the time and labour intensity of development. 2;
2. Provides reduction of labour intensity of parts and assemblies manufacturing due to limitation of device sizes, unified zones of output connectors placement;
3. Reduces labour intensity of manufacturing of test equipment and test processes;
4. Provides high standardisation and unification rates;
5. Simplifies operation and utilisation of the equipment"
Devices on the basis of unified designs are intended for use in mobile and stationary ground complexes, marine facilities, routine mobile and stationary systems, as well as for control and monitoring of drives of national and economic purpose, operated, including, under increased requirements for mechanical and climatic effects.
