Gas meters ultrasonic KTM700 RUS (hereinafter - meters) are designed to measure and calculate the volume and volumetric flow rate of gas under operating and standard conditions, mass flow rate of various non-aggressive and aggressive gases, including natural and petroleum gases.
Description of measuring instrument
The principle of operation of the meters is based on the method of measuring the difference between the time of ultrasonic pulses travelling along the flow and against the gas flow. The measured time difference, which is proportional to the flow velocity, is converted into the volume flow rate.
Structurally, the standard modification of the meter consists of:
- the meter body, with ultrasonic transceivers installed in it. Depending on the model, up to eight pairs of ultrasonic transceivers can be installed in the meter, which transmit the signal without its reflection from the inner wall of the meter body. The pairs of transceivers are arranged in one plane parallel to each other or in two intersecting planes....
