The NVT-400 is a turbomolecular vacuum pump for generating high and ultra-high vacuum in research and industrial systems. It delivers a pumping speed of 3200 l/s for air at a working pressure of 1×10⁻² Pa, a compression ratio of 10⁶ and an ultimate residual pressure of 6.0×10⁻⁶ Pa, with a rotor speed of 16,000 rpm reached in no more than 17 minutes.
The pump mounts in any spatial orientation via an ISO-F 400 input flange and ISO-K 63 outlet, and is water-cooled through G 1/8″ ports using cooling water at +5…+25 °C. The pump body measures up to 610 × 530 × 560 mm and weighs up to 210 kg, supplied with a separate control unit.
Sold from a single unit, the NVT-400 addresses vacuum-system integrators, research institutes and manufacturers in semiconductor, coating and analytical equipment fields.
