Buoy is a monolithic plastic body, manufactured by seamless technology by rotational moulding of plastics with metal bands (strapping) protecting the buoy at the collapse of ships and removable concrete ballast, securely attached to the body of the buoy (balancer) in a steel shell necessary for stability of the buoy on the water. The above-water part of the buoy has a conical, triangular silhouette and includes: a pencil case for placement of power supply elements, a cover for protection of power supply elements from water, mounting for a lantern and its protection in case of vessel collision, an upper band for fixing the cover, an additional band with levers for lifting the buoy out of water, a middle band with protection of the buoy body in case of vessel collision and levers for lifting the buoy out of water. The underwater part of the buoy includes a concrete ballast in a metal case, keel with holes for vertical adjustment of the buoy on the current and keel counterweight for turning the buoy on the current and excluding the chain twisting.
