The ISBC® Labels 50×50 UHF crystal adhesive (46×46) is a passive, self-adhesive RFID label produced at the ISBC factory in Zelenograd by ООО «Смарт Системз», one of Russia's leading manufacturers of RFID identification products. Built around an NXP UCODE 8 chip paired with a 46×46 mm antenna, the label is laminated under a transparent, moisture-resistant PET film — the "crystal adhesive" variant carries no printable surface, making the label virtually invisible once applied to an object.
A protected pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the reverse side allows permanent attachment to thin plastics, cardboard, paper, and wooden surfaces.
Operating in the 865–868 MHz UHF band and fully compliant with EPC Class 1 Gen 2 (ISO 18000-6C), the label achieves read distances up to 16.3 metres at 1 W ERP when placed on thin plastic. The NXP UCODE 8 chip offers up to 448 bits of EPC memory, 96 bits of locked TID, and up to 3 Kbits of user memory, supporting rich item-level data storage.
Rated for a 20-year service life across a –40 °C to +85 °C operating range, the label requires no battery or maintenance and is supplied in rolls of 2,000 units for high-volume deployment. It is compatible with FEIG Electronic readers and any EPC Class 1 Gen 2 hardware.
