The Total Z AnyForm FGF granule 3D printing machine is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of TU 28.96.10-0001-51091180-2018 and is designed to create three-dimensional objects by layer-by-layer surfacing from molten granules [Fused Granular Fabrication (FGF)], which is fed through the print head to the platform (table), step-by-step moving to the height of the formed layer, and thus layer-by-layer surfacing creates the body of the object. The capacity of the screw extruder, in this configuration, is 9.5 kg/h.
The machine is equipped with a 5-axis milling module, designed for finishing parts made by 3D printing with granules (FGF). The special feature of this module is the ability to process parts on 2(two) independent axes.
The milling head is equipped with a high-speed spindle capable of operating from 0 to 24000 rpm. Spindle power up to 10kW allows machining both polymers and non-ferrous metals, including aluminium.
