The KR Three-Way Regulating Valve is a flanged, straight-stroke control valve designed for precise flow regulation on industrial process pipelines. Manufactured by ARMA-PROM LLC — operating as SAZ "Avangard," the Starooskolsky Armature Plant established in 1998 — these valves are produced to TU 3742-019-22294686-2016 and span nominal diameters DN 15 through DN 100 at a nominal pressure rating of PN 16 (1.6 MPa).
Two functional configurations are available: mixing (27-series, combining two inlet streams into one outlet) and dividing (23-series, splitting one inlet into two outlets), each driven by a PEP-SAZ electric actuator in standard, intelligent (IN), or explosion-proof (Ex) variants.
Bodies are cast from carbon steel 25Л, low-temperature steel 20ГЛ, or austenitic stainless steel 12Х18Н9ТЛ depending on the service environment, with plungers and seats in 20Х13 or 14Х17Н2 stainless steel and thermally expanded graphite (TRG) gland packing. Plunger travel ranges from 10 mm at DN 15 to 32 mm at DN 100, with nominal flow capacity (Kvy) from 4.0 to 160 m³/h and a linear flow characteristic.
Working media include water, steam, air, oil, natural gas, ammonia, and petroleum products across a temperature range of −40 °C to +425 °C. Declarations of conformity to TR CU 010/2011 and TR CU 032/2013 are on file.
The manufacturer warrants a service life of at least 12 years, a mean time between failures of no less than 10,000 operating hours, and a 12-month warranty from commissioning.
