Machine sheet bending three-roll model IB2220V is designed for bending cylindrical billets from sheet material with yield strength t = 250MPa in cold condition in the billet shops of enterprises of metal structures, machine-building enterprises, repair plants. The main elements of the machine are three rolls, the upper one is stationary, two side rolls, which rotate in forward and reverse direction. In the presence of the appropriate fixture on the machine is possible to bend conical shaped shells from sheet material.Technological capabilities of the machine can be increased in the presence of additional tools that will allow to bend angles, strips, squares, pipes, channels.
