The split architecture places the sealed measuring unit outdoors on the pole while a compact detachable display unit (ДВ-3) can be mounted at eye level for convenient local readout.

The IQOG(4)LS-C modification operates at 3×230/400 V with a 5(100) A current range and supports multi-tariff active energy registration in both import and export directions across all four quadrants.
