The EV-403 is a telescopic vibratory screed manufactured by PJSC Yaroslavsky Zavod Krasny Mayak — one of Russia's oldest producers of electromechanical vibration equipment, in continuous operation since 1922 and in serial vibrator production since 1936. The screed consists of two lightweight rectangular aluminum extrusions, each 3,000 mm in length, joined by an adjustable clamping assembly that holds an electromechanical surface vibrator.
The telescopic mechanism allows the operator to vary the working span continuously — either from 2,050 to 3,650 mm or from 3,050 to 5,650 mm depending on the configuration — making it adaptable to a wide range of pour widths without changing tooling. The vibrator unit is available in either a 220 V single-phase or 42 V three-phase variant, accommodating different site power conditions.
The profile cross-section measures 495 × 310 mm in the telescopic version; the assembled screed weighs 48–58 kg. All production at the Yaroslavl plant is covered by an ISO 9001 quality management certificate.
The EV-403 is designed for rapid leveling and consolidation of concrete mixes on road surfaces, industrial floors, slabs, and open yard areas, eliminating air voids and producing a smooth, dense finish in a single pass.
