The product provides dialling and broadcasting of voice announcement messages over public telephone channels to subscribers of the public telephone network. The product can be used as an integral part of KTSO or as a separate device. The product operates under the control of P-166M and P-166M KPU and is designed to: exchange commands and information with P-166M CU or computer on digital networks with packet switching protocol TCP / IP; sending subscribers speech messages over public telephone channels, provides work with the service of short messages (SMS); providing software compatibility KTSO with other warning systems.
