The HR-80 (NRKh-4) is a heavy-duty sunflower seed dehulling machine engineered for continuous operation in oil extraction facilities and oilseed processing plants. Manufactured by AgroTekhMash (ATM LLC) — a Voronezh-based agricultural equipment factory whose products operate in more than 40 regions of Russia and the CIS — the HR-80 uses an impact-based dehulling principle.
A rotor fitted with beater bars rotates at 560–630 rpm and strikes seeds against a precision-adjustable deck, cleanly separating the kernel from the hull. At a feed moisture content of 7%, the machine delivers throughput of up to 80 tonnes per day.
Powered by an 11 kW motor on a standard 380 V/50 Hz three-phase supply, the HR-80 draws just 3.3 kWh per tonne processed — a notably low specific energy figure for this capacity class. An integrated aspiration circuit operating at 800 m³/h continuously evacuates hulls and fine particles from the working zone, maintaining grain dust levels within the permitted 4 mg/m³ limit.
Built-in magnetic protection guards the rotor against metallic contaminants, contributing to the machine's rated service life of nine years. At 1 693 × 1 766 × 1 716 mm without the hopper and 1 795 kg, the HR-80 offers a compact footprint for its capacity and can be operated by a single qualified worker.
It is certified for moderate-climate operation in accordance with GOST 15150.
