The STELS Navigator-305 C is a 28-inch single-speed utility bicycle produced by ZVMZ LLC (Zhukovsk Bicycle and Moto Plant), the company behind the STELS brand and part of the Velomotors Group — Russia's largest bicycle manufacturer, operating since 1996. The bike is assembled at the company's vertically integrated plant spanning 195,000 m² in Zhukovka, where in-house tube rolling, robotic welding, CNC machining, and paint shops handle the entire production chain under ISO 9001:2015 quality management.
Built on a Hi-Ten steel frame with a 20" seat-tube height and a rigid steel fork with threaded headset, the Navigator-305 C keeps its mechanical simplicity as a core design principle. A single-speed drivetrain pairs a 44T steel chainring with a 19T rear sprocket through a coaster-brake rear hub — stopping by back-pedaling, with no hand-lever cables or derailleurs to maintain.
