These pre-insulated pipe assemblies from Saverhot LLC (PK Saiverhot, Russia) combine a seamless steel carrier pipe with rigid polyurethane foam insulation and a protective galvanized steel outer shell, produced to GOST 30732-2020. Saverhot insulates both welded and seamless carrier pipes; seamless stock to GOST 8732 in carbon and low-alloy grades such as steel 20 and 09G2S is valued for its high strength, which allows operation on trunk networks under high pressure and with high-temperature heat-transfer media.
The PU foam core has a thermal conductivity of no more than 0.033 W/(m·°C) and is offered in standard (type 1) or reinforced (type 2) thickness depending on project and climate requirements. The galvanized shell, with diameters from 125 to 1200 mm and wall thickness of 0.55-1.0 mm, shields the insulation in above-ground and tunnel routing, while carrier pipes span diameters from 20 to 1020 mm.
In line with GOST 30732-2020, every assembly is fitted with SODK leak-detection conductors, so insulation wetting or a broken signal wire triggers an alarm and the fault point can be located with a reflectometer. Factory insulation makes the pipes fully ready for installation, with a declared service life of 30 years or more.
The catalog lists 70 PPU-OC pipe variants, and delivery is arranged across Russia and CIS countries using the company's own fleet of euro-trucks.
