"Single-phase, directly connected, multi-tariff static electricity meter Milur 107 with built-in microcontroller is designed for measuring and metering of electric active and reactive energy in two-wire AC networks with voltage 230 V and frequency 50 Hz. The basic (maximum) load current is 5(80) A. The meter can be operated both autonomously and as part of automated systems of commercial electricity metering ASKUE with a pre-set programme and the ability to set (correct) the appropriate schedule.
The meter is manufactured in the case:
- 9mTN35 - mounting on the rail TN35, width 157 mm (9 modules of 17.5 mm each), IP51.
The meter is available in versions containing the following additional devices or functions:
- additional communication interface (PLC.G3/RF868);
- hardware load switching on/off;
- additional current sensor in the "zero" wire.
Display of consumed electric energy is carried out on the liquid crystal display (hereinafter referred to as LCD) of the meter.
The counting mechanism indicates readings directly in kilowatt-hours (kW?h) when measuring active energy and in kilovar-hours (kvar?h) when measuring reactive energy. The value of accumulated electricity is displayed as eight-digit numbers, where the two lower digits separated by a comma represent tenths and hundredths of kWh (kvar-h).
The LCD, in the appropriate operating modes, displays the following information:
- active and reactive energy consumed in total and according to the established tariffs;
- active tariff number;
- date and time;
- network address of the meter;
- software version number (identification number);
- digital identifier (checksum) of the software.
Additional parameters, for reference:
- current active power;
- current reactive power;
- current total power;
- voltage and current;
- power factor of energy;
- frequency;
- date (date and month) and time (hours, minutes) of the last access to the meter via the interface;
- the "grid" symbol, which detects an attempt to "steal" electricity;
- voltage of the built-in battery.
The meters provide registration and storage in non-volatile memory (depending on the modification):
- values of metered active and reactive energy in cumulative total from the moment of manufacture for all tariffs;
- values of metered active and reactive energy as of the beginning of each month for all tariffs for twelve months;
- values of metered active and reactive energy at the beginning of each day for all tariffs for the last 123 days;
- values of metered active and reactive energy, as well as maximum active and reactive power of half-hourly power slices for the last 123 days;
- tariff schedule;
- serial (factory) number of the meter;
- software version number (identification number);
- digital identifier (checksum) of the software;
- time and date of opening the terminal and interface covers.
During operation, the meters provide:
- maintaining an event log with the date and time of power on/off, opening of the terminal block cover and interface cover, clock correction and tariff schedule;
- maintenance of a load power profile array with programmable integration time;
- control of the load by generating a control signal on a configurable test output or by means of an inbuilt relay.
All values of measured parameters are stored in the non-volatile memory of the meters. "
