The Standing Hip Dorsiflexion Trainer is designed to intensively train not only the hip dorsiflexion muscles but also the gluteal muscles. Unlike the sitting exercise for the thigh muscles, the standing exercise involves additional muscles to maintain balance and stabilise the body.
This contributes to a better display of strength and increases the load on the target muscles. Thanks to all these factors, the standing hip trainer provides a more intensive workout, imitating the movements we perform in everyday life and sports, which makes the load higher and the workout more functional.The supporting structure of the outer thigh trainer is made of a 60x80 mm profile with a wall thickness of 2 mm.
