The thickness of metal used in the simulator is from 2 to 8 mm.Colouring is made by high-temperature powder spraying.Vinyl-skin is used for upholstery, and a tight material with closed pores - secondary foamed polyurethane - is chosen as a soft filler.All rotation units are made on the basis of closed type ball bearings.Each tile is covered with rubber and has two Teflon bushings, increasing wear resistance.The drive of load-blocks is a stainless steel cable with a diameter of 5 mm (maximum allowable load - 1080 kg).
