The VKts sink table is a pot-washing unit with a deep-drawn (seamless) bowl, manufactured by PROFESSIONAL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT LLC, a Russian producer of stainless steel foodservice equipment sold under the Finox brand. The unit is made entirely of food-grade stainless steel: the bowl is formed as a single drawn piece without welded seams, while the supporting frame is welded from stainless profile tube.
Height-adjustable feet compensate for uneven floors, and the table ships fully assembled, so it is ready for connection on arrival. The standard unit stands 850 mm high with a 700 mm working depth; overall width ranges from 1160 to 1550 mm depending on configuration, with washing compartments from 700 to 960 mm wide.
According to the manufacturer, the metal of the washing compartments withstands ultraviolet treatment and chlorine-based sanitizing agents, which makes the series suitable not only for commercial kitchens but also for medical institutions where aggressive disinfection routines are standard. The factory offers optional equipment such as a pre-rinse shower unit and can fabricate the table to the customer's own dimensions, allowing the unit to be fitted precisely into an existing washing line or a constrained kitchen layout.
