The RSM FS-600-02 Float Stream is a universal low-cut grain header manufactured by АО "Клевер" (Klever), a subsidiary of the Rostselmash group — Russia's leading agricultural machinery producer. Engineered primarily for soybean harvesting, this 6-metre header is built to reach the lowest-hanging pods: its floating knife cuts at just 30 mm above ground and continuously adapts to field relief across a 100 mm range in both longitudinal and lateral directions, dramatically reducing harvest losses on lodged or low-podding crops.
Beyond soybeans, the Float Stream handles the full breadth of small-grain and oilseed crops — wheat, barley, chickpeas, pulses, and flax with an optional smooth-edge knife kit — and is compatible with both Rostselmash self-propelled combines and a wide range of imported machines. At 1,950 kg and 6,500 mm overall width, the FS-600-02 reaches 7 km/h in floating-knife mode and up to 9 km/h in rigid-knife mode.
Durability features include a belt-driven cutter bar with an oscillating drive shaft that absorbs shock loads, individually replaceable knife segments that eliminate full-bar disassembly, and plastic reel tine fingers that shield the cutter assembly during ground contact. An optional electronic terrain-copying system (SCRP) uses contact sensors tied to the combine's onboard computer for fully automatic cut-height regulation, with a dedicated Soy/Grain mode selector on the wind screen for rapid configuration changes.
