RAITEX (Raiteks) is a Russian knitted fabric manufacturer established in 2016 in the city of Rodniki, Ivanovo region — Russia's historic center of textile production. The factory operates modern knitting machines capable of producing a wide range of fabric structures from cotton and blended yarns, with dyeing and finishing carried out using Turkish technology and European-grade dyes.
This plain-dyed ribana with lycra is a crosswise-knitted fabric formed by alternating front and back loops in the classic 'elastic' (rezinka) stitch pattern. Available in 1×1, 1×2, and 2×2 rib configurations, it combines 95% fine-fiber cotton with 5% lycra to deliver controlled stretch and excellent shape retention.
The cotton component breathes naturally and feels soft against the skin, while the lycra content adds elasticity and ensures the fabric returns to its original dimensions after stretching. Thanks to carefully controlled production and European dye chemistry, the fabric does not fade, pill, or shrink.
RAITEX supplies over 1,000 regular customers and participates in federal textile trade fairs twice a year, demonstrating a consistent commitment to quality and innovation.
