The roller is a shell (tube), into which bearing housings are pressed from both sides. In the middle of this structure there is an axle with bearings pressed on it from both ends and an outer pair of labyrinth seal bushings. The inner sleeves of the labyrinth seals are pressed into the bearing housings. The labyrinth seals provide protection against dust ingress into the bearing units.
