The SAMSON 1ST 1.0-1.0 is a single-leg flat-webbing lifting sling manufactured by SAMSON LLC (ООО «Самсон»), an Orel-based Russian producer specialising in rigging hardware and lifting assemblies including rope, chain, and textile slings, as well as custom-engineered equipment. Constructed from high-quality polyester (PES) flat webbing, the 1ST sling features one end terminated in an oval link (type Ов2) for crane-hook attachment and the other end fitted with a 320A hook connected via an omega shackle G2130, enabling rapid engagement of load anchor points such as loops, clevises, and eyebolts.
The loop eyes are reinforced with protective inserts at contact points to reduce abrasion wear during service. This 1.0-1.0 model carries a working load limit of 1.0 tonne on a 30 mm wide strap at a minimum working length of 1.0 m, with a 7:1 safety factor relative to breaking load.
Maximum elongation under full rated load does not exceed 6%. The sling operates across a wide temperature range from −60 °C to +80 °C and resists UV radiation, dilute acids, alkalis, petroleum products, and organic solvents.
Production conforms to ТР ТС 010/2011, ГОСТ 34875-2022, and Russian federal industrial safety regulations (ФНП ПБ ОПО). Each sling is supplied with a mandatory identification tag stating the manufacturer, sling type, rated load, working length, and date of manufacture.
