Ship steam combi steamer is a type of heat galley equipment, which uses different modes of steam and forced convection combination for cooking a wide range of second courses, baking, and there is also the possibility of cooking dietary dishes. The equipment is manufactured with 10 levels for GN 1/1 gastronorms.
Main operating modes of marine combi steamers:
Convection (30-300°C).
Convection-steam (30-300°C).
Heating with steam (30-130°C).
Low temperature steam (30-90°C).
Steam (100°C).
Cooling.
The products are able to work in harsh conditions of tropics up to +50º? and at low temperatures (-10º?), as well as reliably work at prolonged roll of the vessel up to 15° and deferent 5°, as well as at side roll up to 22,5° with a period of 7-9 seconds and keel roll up to 10° from the vertical.
