Bormash LLC's tube-in-tube heat exchangers are disassemblable, counter-flow thermal exchange units designed for efficient heat transfer between process fluids operating at temperatures from –30°C to +400°C. Manufactured by Bormash — a Voronezh-region machine-building enterprise with more than 20 years of experience supplying equipment to Russia's oil-and-gas, petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical, and energy sectors — these units are available in both single-pass and multi-pass configurations, as well as combined assemblies built from multiple sections.
For multi-pass units, inner tube diameters range from 25 to 57 mm with outer tube diameters from 57 to 108 mm, covering heat transfer surfaces from 0.55 to 93 m². Single-pass variants accommodate inner tube diameters of 25–159 mm and outer tube diameters of 57–219 mm, offering heat transfer surfaces from 0.11 to 18 m².
Standard tube lengths span 1.5, 3.0, 4.5, 6.0, and 9.0 m.
The exchangers handle nominal pressure combinations up to 16/16 MPa and are supplied in several tube materials — carbon steel (grade St.20), low-alloy steel (09G2S), and stainless steels (12Kh18N10T and 10Kh17N13M2T) — to suit corrosive and aggressive media. Bormash's quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and GOST R ISO 9001-2015, and holds ИНТЕРГАЗСЕРТ (Gazprom) approval, placing the product on a par with the most demanding procurement standards in Russia's process industries.
