The machine is designed for training the upper part of the pectoral muscles. The exercise is performed in a sitting position, leaning on the inclined backrest of the simulator. The handles move forwards and upwards and describe an arch in the movement - similar to dumbbell bench press.
The exercise is extremely anatomical and is set by the design of the machine. The handles converge from a wide grip at the beginning of the movement to a narrow grip at the end. The load of up to 90 kg is created by a load stack consisting of 18 rubberised plates of 5 kg each.
