The Screw Loader (Шнек-загрузчик) is an agricultural grain-handling attachment sold by Yaroslavich OJSC (АО ПК «ЯРОСЛАВИЧ»), a Yaroslavl-based Russian manufacturer of agricultural and municipal machinery with decades of industry experience. The unit is fabricated from galvanized steel for long-term corrosion resistance and mounts directly onto the rear gate of the PS-15BM tipping semi-trailer.
It is powered entirely by the tractor's existing hydraulic system, eliminating the need for a dedicated engine or PTO shaft connection. A single operator can control the loader from start to finish: the hydraulic motor on/off toggle is positioned at the discharge end of the auger tube, enabling precise positioning and flow management without an assistant.
The discharge height reaches up to 4 metres, making it compatible with most seed drills, fertilizer spreaders, elevated hoppers, and grain reception facilities. The screw diameter starts from 140 mm, and three throughput ratings are available — up to 25, up to 40, or up to 300 t/h — allowing the same unit to perform precision seed-drill loading as well as high-speed bulk grain transfer.
Performance figures are rated for wheat at a moisture content of up to 14 % and contamination level of up to 1 %, aligning with standard cereal grain quality parameters used across Russian harvest operations.
