The terminal is designed for data transmission via radio channel using artificial Earth satellites for radio signal retransmission. In addition to the functions of modulation-demodulation signal can perform the functions of IP-router, multiplexer, voice gateway.
The terminal is designed for operation in ground, stationary, heated rooms, in normal climatic conditions: ambient temperature from plus 15 °C to plus 35 °C; atmospheric pressure from 20 to 104 kPa (from 150 mm Hg to 780 mm Hg); relative humidity from 45 to 80%.
