These rubber granules are recycled crumb rubber for building playground safety surfaces, sports courts and running tracks. Produced in fractions up to 20 mm, the material is specified with tight impurity limits: ferrous metal particles no more than 0.02%, cord fibre no more than 0.5%, off-fraction crumb within 3% and humidity not exceeding 0.1%, with bulk density in the 0.85-0.94 g/cm³ range.
Clean, consistent crumb is the decisive quality factor for surfacing contractors, since metal and fibre contamination causes binder failures and surface defects. Mixed with polyurethane binder, the granules form seamless shock-absorbing coverings that cushion falls on playgrounds and deliver consistent rebound on sports surfaces, while also serving as infill for artificial turf.
At about 90 USD per unit of supply with a 20-unit minimum order, the product targets surfacing contractors, sports construction companies, turf installers and municipal landscaping programs.
