The OL-2000 belt rounder is designed to give rounded shape to dough pieces made of rye, rye-wheat or wheat types of dough with humidity of 46-50% when preparing bread.
The machine is used for rounding the dough before subsequent shaping, as well as for giving the final rounded (BUT not spherical) shape to the dough piece.
The dough rounder can be installed in a line with dough divider TDL-2, Kuzbass 68-3M or Kuzbass 68-12M manufactured by SEMZ.
