The RJIP BaBV3 shut-off and control valve is designed to optimise the distribution of medium flows between heating systems within an ITP or district heating plant and to completely shut off the pipeline when necessary.
RJIP BaBV3 shut-off and control valves are mainly designed for operation with water and water-glycol mixtures with glycol concentration up to 50 % in external and internal heating networks at the temperature of the heat carrier from minus 20 to 150 °?, including for water in the circuits of heating networks in accordance with the requirements to the quality of network water according to SP 124.13330.2012, Annex E "Requirements to the quality of network and make-up water of heating networks" (liquids group 1 and 2 according to TR TS TS 032/2013).
Self-crimping design of the ball seal, which is a special spring with two rings made of fluoroplastic reinforced with carbon fibre, provides the necessary tightness to the ball of the valve and the optimal torque required to turn the ball.
