The REOCAM TCH-500 is a combined heat, cold, and humidity test chamber manufactured by NPF REOM, a Saint Petersburg–based developer and producer of precision climatic test equipment founded in 1996. With a 500-litre stainless steel working volume measuring 800 × 800 × 800 mm, the TCH-500 reproduces temperatures from −70 °C to +120 °C while simultaneously controlling relative humidity from 10 % to 98 % RH over a temperature window of +20 °C to +95 °C — fully conforming to GOST R 53618-2009 (temperature) and GOST R 53616-2009 (humidity).
The two-stage cascade refrigeration system uses Bitzer semi-hermetic piston compressors with ozone-safe refrigerants R404A and R23, achieving heating rates of 3.4 °C/min and cooling rates of 2.0 °C/min in an empty chamber. Temperature stability in steady-state is ±0.5 °C amplitude and ±2 °C setpoint deviation, with a spatial gradient not exceeding 4 °C across the full working volume.
The chamber is driven by a freely programmable controller with a colour touch-screen panel; it supports up to 999 programme steps and 999 loop cycles, saves test protocols to USB flash, and offers Ethernet/ModBUS-TCP and 2.4 GHz WiFi connectivity. The stainless steel interior sits within a steel-frame cabinet insulated with PUR foam or mineral wool; a 300 × 300 mm illuminated observation window and one Ø 100 mm cable-entry port are standard.
Metrological certification to GOST R 8.568-97 or GOST RV 0008-002-2013 is available upon commissioning.
