The OVR-0300 is a refrigerant-type compressed air dryer manufactured by CHKZ LLC — the Chelyabinsk Compressor Plant — one of Russia's foremost producers of compressor equipment with more than 25 years of industrial manufacturing experience. Belonging to the flagship OVR series, the unit is engineered to remove residual moisture from compressed air downstream of compressors, aftercoolers, and separators.
By chilling the airstream until water vapour condenses and then discharging the collected liquid, the OVR-0300 delivers a consistent pressure dew point of +3 to +5 °C. At standard conditions it handles 305 m³/h (5.08 m³/min) of compressed air while drawing only 1.07 kW from a conventional single-phase 230 V / 50 Hz supply — an energy-efficient profile for its capacity class.
The operating pressure range spans 2–16 bar, and the unit accepts inlet air temperatures up to +50 °C in ambient environments up to +45 °C. The refrigerant circuit runs on environmentally safe R134a coolant.
Built-in housing filters are included as standard, integrating drying and filtration into one compact footprint of 553 × 503 × 874 mm at 83 kg. A dew-point indicator enables real-time process monitoring, while the external condensate outlet simplifies routine maintenance.
