Buoy is a construction, assembled by means of bolt connection from 4 separate monolithic plastic sections, made on seamless technology by the method of rotational moulding of plastics, with metal bandages (strapping), protecting the buoy at the bulk of vessels and removable concrete ballast, securely fixed to the body of the buoy (balancer) in a steel shell necessary for stability of the buoy on the water.The above-water part of the buoy has a cylindrical, rectangular silhouette and includes: a pencil case for placing electric power supply elements, a cover for protection of electric power supply elements from water, mounting for a lantern and its protection in case of vessel collision, an upper band for fixing the cover, an additional band with levers for lifting the buoy out of water, a middle band with protection of the buoy hull in case of vessel collision and levers for lifting the buoy out of water.The underwater part of the buoy includes a concrete ballast in the metal hull, keel with holes for vertical adjustment of the buoy on the current and keel counterweight for turning the buoy on the current and excluding the chain twisting.
